Traveling Tips

Chris & I decided when the kiddos turned ten, we would take them on a long weekend trip anywhere in the continental U.S. Despite the logistics & investment, I would highly, highly encouraging doing something! It was an amazing experience full of lifetime memories. Between the travels last weekend, and currently on a roadtrip this weekend with some friends to a Young Living event, I've been thinking about the Young Living products that make the “must pack list”. SO WITHOUT FURTHERADO, MUST PACK YOUNG LIVING ITEMS WHEN TRAVELING-- A DIFFUSER Whether it's for the car ride there or once you get in the hotel or AirBNB, having a diffuser is super handy. We usually pack our Owl Diffuser because it's compact & sturdy but if you have the dessert mist, use the travel hack of removing the outer shell & just traveling with the inner piece. It takes up less space & you won't miss the beauty of the outer piece while you're enjoying your adventure. Citrus Fresh + Thieves are favs for travel diffusing! ESSENTIALZYMES-4 [OR SOMETHING FOR YOUR STOMACH!] I don't know about you, but when we travel, we are always wanting to try new foods & don't stick to an eating plan of sorts--which often means a bit of shock to our digestive system. While we don't intentionally try to sabotage our stomachs, it never seems to fail to happen while traveling [Cue: 9pm Papa Johns order…] I like to take the enzymes before eating but when I happen to forget [or happen to forget to pack altogether!] we're sure to swipe some TummyGize or DiGize after eating for quick relief! LEARN MORE ABOUT ESSENTIALSYMES-4 LIP BALM Okay, this feels a lil' silly for a must need item, but I don't know about you, but I'm always needing some while on a trip. I'm sure it's the changes in hotels / air, being in car so much, etc., but it's a need. ;-) [Even right before typing this, Missy was searching for hers that had been misplaced & Dusty saved the day with an unopened CinnaMint--her fav!] Vanilla Mint is my favorite & I stock up in the winter for all year long. I like Lavender to double as a carrier oil & for swiping on bug bites / skin irritations. Annnnnd the Citrus Frost & Sweet Maple in the holiday trio earn our accolades as well!

NINGXIA RED [+ NITRO] Energy. Sugar balance. Quick “snack”. Filling in the gaps from those food choices above. NingXia Red pouches are great to through in your bag to have as needed throughout your travelings. In Nashville, Ains was running me around as we went from one thing to the next & I sang HALLELUJAHS when I reached in my vest pocket and pulled out a NingXia pouch! Having a Nitro would have given an extra boost, so I was sure to pack some of those for this weekend. NINGXIA + NITRO = PERFECT PAIR

SOMETHING FOR STRESS Take your pic from any of the line-up above. All help with stress-mitigation. I just said to the others in the car, “Think quick! You're stressed, what are you grabbing?” Stress Away, Valor, Sacred Mountain, Peace & Calming, EndoFlex, Lavender, Clary Sage, KidPower… I had to cut them off. The possibilities in the playground of health are endless. WHAT DID I MISS? DO YOU HAVE ANY UNSEEMINGLY “MUST PACK” ITEMS?

LOG IN + ORDER HAPPY ADVENTURING, M'FRIEND!
