Merry Christmas!

I enjoy every season of the year, and the Christmas season is no different.

I enjoy the lights. I enjoy the festivities. I enjoy the traditions. I enjoy the gifts and the food. I enjoy the people I get to live life with. Traditions ground us. We can count on them, can't we? We look forward to them and are reminded of the reasons we do them, even when we feel like the Grinch or Scrooge. Sometimes, going into the season while just going through the motions is enough to get you out of the funk. Because the traditions you have with your family and friends are able to re-ground you to what truly matters.

I hope you are able to press through just going through the motions. I hope you are able to experience joy and purpose this Christmas season. I hope you are able to make some amazing memories with those you love. I hope you are able to get some rest and fresh vision for the year ahead as well.

I am inviting you along with me on two different journeys for 2023. 1st - 75 Days of Hard-ish A group of us are choosing to start off the year with intention. Here's the thing: it's up to you what it looks like. Some of us have done 75 Hard, and others of us have modified it. We don't care what you do. We do want you to decide ahead of time what it will look like, and then give us permission to hold you accountable. I'll be sharing more of what mine will look like next week. 2nd - Sales is Serving Sales and Customer Service has been my role in the business world for a number of years. I've seen it done well and I've seen it done poorly. I've done it well and I've done it poorly, too! With the wisdom and lessons I've learned, I have put together a training for you and your business. If you need a refresher on what Sales can be, approaching it from a healthy and authentic place, this is for you. Read more here.
